All claims in respect of goods alleged to be defective and/or missing must be

Product Display/Colors/Sizing

The AsboBoyz.co.uk website attempts to display product images shown on the site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color, as the display of the color
depends, in part, upon the monitor you are using. The sizing is only for
guidance only and variation is possible so if the item does not fit customer can
return the items if they are plain. If the customer is not sure they can order a
sample before placing bulk orders. If the item is personalised we cannot
accept any returns.

Errors On Site

Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and AsboBoyz.co.uk
reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors,
inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and
whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If
your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
cancelled, AsboBoyz.co.uk will issue a credit to your credit card
account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when
this amount is credited to your account. If you are not fully satisfied with your
purchase, you may return it in accordance with AsboBoyz.co.uk
Return Policy.

Why is the price different from one webpage to another?
There are many factors as to why prices show up different than the "As Low
As" price advertised on our website. The "As Low As" price is the best price
you can get on items. The best prices on items are for sizes Small-Xl, in the
color white, in quantities of 36 pieces or more. Colored shirts may be more
expensive and pricing for 2xl and larger may also be more expensive
depending on the style. These prices will be shown after selecting a color
from our color drop down. Content Caching is another reason the price shown may be different from one page to another. We make every effort to ensure the information on this website is up to date however, some internet technology providers outside of
our control may use technologies known as "content caching". Examples of
"content caching is where your web browser (user agent) is set to: "store
temporary internet files" or "make a page available off line". Additionally,
Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and networks may use "caching servers"
which serve up copies of web pages they have stored rather than requesting

Paying for Your Order

Generally, credit and debit cards are not charged until we either ship the item(s) to you or confirm store availability (at which time you will be charged
only for the goods we have actually shipped along with any appropriate taxes
or shipping charges). However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with
your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may
have an effect on your available credit line. Please contact your credit card

Validating Your Order

After you place an order using our shopping cart, we will check the information you give us for validity, by verifying your method of payment or shipping address. We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address you have
given us with the order. Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if we reject an order, but we will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.

Personalised Orders and custom clothing

If the order is personalised we cannot take any returns since we cannot sell the items to anyone else. Inks used during the textile printing process will inevitably fade over time. The rate at which they fade will be dependent may be due to washing
temperature, number of washes, exposure to sunlight etc. We cannot be held
responsible for fading ink colour(s) during use this is usually most noticeable with black ink. All goods shown on the site are subject to availability. Clothing sizes are approximate only and the Supplier accepts no liability for any issues regarding the sizing of Goods. The Customer shall inspect samples of the Goods to ensure the sizing is correct before
ordering for printing, embroidery or processing in any way.

 

Order Confirmation

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. The AsboBoyz.co.uk website reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Order Limitations
We reserve the right to reject any order you place with us, and/or to limit
quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If we reject your order, we
will generally attempt to notify you using the email address you gave us when
you placed the order.

Shipping
All orders placed on this site are subject to product availability and will be
shipped according to AsboBoyz.co.uk shipping policies. In the rare
event that your order never arrives, notification of lost items must be received
within 30 days from receipt of the shipping confirmation email.

Termination of Use
AsboBoyz.co.uk may, in its sole discretion, terminate your account or
your use of the AsboBoyz.co.uk website at any time. You are
personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior
